Day Trip to the Beautiful “Bloom Tulips Festival”

The Abbotsford Bloom Tulip Festival is a huge, 10-acre tulip farm with thousands of tulips and over 30 varieties. The fields were in “low bloom” and still green and unopened when my friend Kim & I went the first time in mid April. The second time we went on May 8th “high bloom” was in full effect, and it was breathtaking!! 😀

It’s a hour long drive to get here from downtown Vancouver but TOTALLY worth the drive. The Tulips Festival is a beautiful place to go check out and to really appreciate how magical nature is! 😀
