After my super fun Improv Class the other day, I made a video all about the fear of being judged by other people.
Of the 25 fears that affect confidence, this is the most common and the most destructive.

Does the idea of putting yourself out there, in front of a room full of people at an Improv Class freak you out?
Do you worry about the opinions of other people?
What they MIGHT be saying about you?
What they MIGHT thinking about you?
Or how you MIGHT be perceived?
Or if maybe you look awkward or uncomfortable or insecure?
And worry if other people can notice it??
This is the fear of being judged by others!

Fear of being judged is really that you care WAY too much about what other people think.
You are putting too much importance on the opinions of other people, when your opinion of YOURSELF is the most important!

TRUTH BOMB #1)
You are likely projecting what other people MIGHT be thinking about you, which are your own judgments and your own negative thoughts!

TRUTH BOMB #2)
If you are someone who frequently judges others, then you are more likely to fear being judged.

Here's my top 3 tips:

TIP #1) Stop judging yourself, then other people will be less likely to do that.

TIP #2) Stop seeking other people‘s approval.
Instead of focus on become self-aware and are able to catch yourselves in the act of judgment you can choose not to judge other people.
feeling good about being yourself!
Imagine how much happier you will be when you stop doing things other people want you to do --things that you don’t really want to do and start living a life that is on your terms.
What are some things you can do to start feeling good about being your authentic self?
Make a list!

TIP #3) When you feel like someone might be judging you put yourself in their place and think:
"What would I think about me, if I were them?"
Then ask yourself:
“Why am I judging them as a mean person who thinks negatively of people they don’t know.” That's not very nice, is it? YOU are judging them!

***Always remember that you are constantly attracting whatever you are projecting. ***
