Gisele Bündchen ~Her Anxiety, Panic Attacks and How She Got Healthy

“Things can be looking perfect on the outside, but you have no idea what’s really going on. I felt like maybe it was time to share some of my vulnerabilities, and it made me realize, everything I’ve lived through, I would never change, because I think I am who I am because of those experiences.”

Supermodel Gisele Bündchen opened up in recent interviews and was so incredible vulnerable! AMAZING!!!! She spoke about overcoming her anxiety, and how she did it without the use of drugs, instead focusing on her mindset and her health  WOO-HOO!  I was covered in goosebumps when I watched her interviews! It is SO refreshing to hear someone with a huge platform share the truth about the fact that we can health ourselves by focusing on our mindset and our health. I am all about helping my clients understand that we can manage our minds, therefore manage our anxiety and fear.  Thank you Gisele!!! 😀

She had her first panic attack in 2003, and then she developed claustrophobia, and she felt guilty for having these problems when her life was seemingly going so well. “I felt powerless. Your world becomes smaller and smaller, and you can’t breathe, which is the worst feeling I’ve ever had.”

She also opened up about wanting to commit suicide too: “I actually had the feeling of, ‘If I just jump off my balcony, this is going to end, and I never have to worry about this feeling of my world closing in.’”

It was that moment when she had an epiphany and decided to take action regarding her state of mind and her unhealthy diet.

Our mind is VERY powerful and it will believe whatever we tell it to…good or bad.
