How do you do your Confidence Coaching sessions?
Confidence Coaching sessions are done either “In Person” or “Over- the-Phone” or via Skype.
In terms of the session schedule, sessions are 3 times per month, once a week for 3 weeks.
“In Person” sessions are either 60 minutes in length and “Over- the-Phone” or Skype sessions are 45 minutes.
Our sessions are conducted privately and confidentially.
