Mood Panda is an easy way of tracking your happiness levels We now have an iPhone App, a mobile enhanced website and the main website – all linked together! Update your mood on your phone, print off a mood calendar on your computer! If you choose to, you can use MoodPanda to update your Facebook and Twitter for you, saving time and sharing your thoughts with friends. It also means you can see your facebook and twitter posts on a calendar!

Therapeutic – Many psychologists and therapists suggest that keeping a mood diary can be very therapeutic. It can help towards the first steps of treating symptoms of depression, bipolar disorders and even PMS. Keeping a mood diary will help you track and monitor your mood. A benefit of this is that over time you can become more aware of your feelings, and the things that cause them. We think this is the key to making the nation happier, just the simple act of showing people what has made them, and others, happier in the past is a sure fire way to make them happier in the future.

Mood Panda It’s fun! We built the web site for ourselves and because we hoped people would find it fun to use. We find it fascinating to look back over the year, compare our happiness with others, see when our moods are in sync etc
