I only work with women who are aware of the importance of investing in themselves and see my Confidence Coaching as an investment, not an expense.
Although it is common to experience benefits after the first few coaching sessions with me, it is required that you commit to at least four months of coaching. Simply because real, long-lasting change happens over time. This will give us an opportunity to develop a powerful, collaborative relationship that will be highly effective and supportive in establishing goals and priorities, while you develop new positive habits and see the changes as they begin to take place in your life.
In terms of the session schedule, sessions are 3 times per month, once a week for 3 weeks.
“In Person” sessions are either 60 minutes in length and “Over- the-Phone” or Skype sessions are 45 minutes.
