Confidence is a state of mind. We attract into our lives anything that we give our attention to, regardless whether it’s positive or negative. So, it's really important that the thoughts you have and the words you say are in alignment with the positive results you want to have. If you have negative thoughts and negative expectations, that’s what will happen. Don’t talk about what you don’t want because you will just get MORE of that!
Having a confident state of mind will attract positive people and resources into your life. I encourage you to evaluate both your personal and professional life and become aware of what your on-going thoughts about yourself and your abilities are. Most likely they are negative most of the time. Studies have proven that on average, 80% of our thoughts are negative. Yikes!

What you are thinking about whether it's conscious or subconscious, will become your reality. Always remember that your subconscious mind doesn't distinguish between your negative and positive thoughts, and will simply do as it's told and make whatever thoughts you have your reality.
